Anna Weber Jeweller
Anna’s work maintains a strong connection to her interior design background, often referencing art deco and architectural aesthetics.
Through her studio work Anna explores the idea of preciousness and what makes jewellery hold value for the wearer. A piece can seem to lack value from a monetary perspective but it is the emotional value and sentiment imprinted onto it that makes it precious to the wearer.
The small moments and big life events that are often celebrated with jewellery are beautiful stories to witness and it is an incredible honour and something Anna loves being a very small part of when she makes something special for someone.
Sustainability is an integral part of Anna’s practice. She uses recycled and non-precious metals in her work and explores unconventional and often discarded materials, such as plastic fruit netting and discontinued laminate samples, to create unique wearable pieces.
